To switch appliance on

➤ Hold the touch button depressed for about 1 second.

To select frying zone

➤ Press the slider for the required frying zone or slide your finger along it to

set the temperature for frying.

To switch off the frying zone

➤ Press on the slider.

To switch appliance off

➤ Press the touch button.
